Thome and Sylvia McTavish, entered into a sale and purchase of the above <br />referenced real estate on May �, 2011, wherein Ronald L. Thorne and Jacquelyn S. 'Thorne granted to Keith <br />McTavish a right of first refusal on Grantor's interest in the above referenced real estate. In consideration of the <br />purchase and sale of real estate in June of 2011, the mutual benefits to each party and the money paid therein; <br />and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Grantors hereby grant said <br />right of first refusal and option under the following terms and conditions: <br />1. Before Grantors can sell, transfer or convey such real estate, they must first offer said property to <br />Grantee in writing. Grantee shall have sixty (60) days to exercise said right of first refusal and option. The <br />Right of First Refusal and Option may be exercised by the Grantee delivering, by hand or certified United States <br />mail, return receipt requested, a Norice of Exercise of Right of First Refusal and Option. At that rime, Grantors <br />and Grantee shall enter into a standard real estate contract for the purchase of said real estate. <br />2. The purchase price for said reai estate shall be its current fair market value (at the rime of the exercise <br />of the Right of First Refusal and Option) as appraised by a Certified Appraiser. <br />3. Said purchase price shall be paid in cash or certified funds at the time a deed to the property is <br />delivered to Grantee, or by other terms of payment as are mutually agreed upon by the parties here e� <br />4. This is the full and complete agreement between Grantors and Grantee, and all other agreements, <br />written or oral, are incorporated herein. <br />6.
