Thorne, husband and wife, Grantors, d ylvia J. McTavish, Grantee; <br />WITNESS: That for and in consideration of one dollar and other valuable consideration <br />received by Grantors, Ronald L. and Jacquelyn S. Thorne and Sylvia J. McTavish, Grantee, the <br />parties agree as follows: <br />1. That the Grantors do hereby grant and convey to Grantee, and Grantee's agent or <br />tenant, a permanent easement for the purpose of ingress and egress across lands owned by <br />Grantors, legally described as follows; <br />A tract of land consisting of a Sixteen (16.0) foot wide Access Easement, located in Lot <br />One (1), Cedar Pines Second Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly <br />described as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of said Lot One (1); thence <br />running southerly on the east line of said Lot One (1), on an Assumed Bearing of <br />S02°33'11 "E, a distance of Three Hundred Sixty Six and Ninety Two Hundredths <br />(366.92) feet; thence running N89°45'S2"W, a distance of Sixteen and Two Hundredths <br />(16.02) feet; thence running NO2°33'11"W, a distance of Three Hundred Sixty Six and <br />Eighty Six Hundredths (366.86) feet, to a point on the north line of said Lot One (1); <br />thence running S89°57'00"E, on the north line of said Lot One (1), a distance of Sixteen <br />and Two Hundxedths (16.02) feet, to the point of beginning and containing 0.135 acres <br />(5870 Sq. Ft.) more or less <br />2. This easement is for the purpose of ingress and egress by Grantees, their <br />contractors, and assigns to be used by Grantees to enter Grantees' property to conduct farming <br />operations and to transport agricultural equipment and products to and from said properly. <br />4. Grantors shall be responsible for any maintenance for the easement necessary to <br />use the easement for its intended purpose, and Grantees shall not conduct any maintenance <br />activities without the prior approval of Grantors. <br />5.
