<br />YOU ARE HEREBY GIVEN NOTICE OF DEFAULT under a Deed of Trust executed June 6,
<br />2008, by ANDREW D. BRANDT, an unmarried person, Trustor, in favor of HOME FEDERAL
<br />SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSN OF GRAND ISLAND, as Beneficiary, and U.S. BANK TRUST
<br />COMPANY, NA, as Trustee, and which was filed for record on June 9, 2008, as Instrument No. 2008-04975,
<br />of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was assigned by the original
<br />Beneficiary, HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSN OF GRAND ISLAND to U.S. BANK,
<br />NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, by virtue of an Assignment dated June 6, 2008, and filed for record on July
<br />22, 2008, as Instrument No. 2008-06271 of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska. GREGORY L.
<br />GALLES has been appointed as Successor Trustee, replacing U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NA, by
<br />virtue of a Substitution of Trustee filed for record in the Register of Deeds O�ce of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally described as follows:
<br />LOT 3, BLOCK 24, BAKER' S ADDITION TO THE CTTY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br />COiJNT'Y, NEBRASKA.
<br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non-payment of the installment
<br />payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustor is hereby liable to the Successor Trustee,
<br />GREGORY L. GALLES, for all fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable pursuant to
<br />Nebraska statute § 76-1012.
<br />By virtue of said default, Successor Trus�ee has determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust property
<br />to satisfy the obligation referred to above.
<br />The default may be cured within one (1) month of the filing of this Notice, and the obligation and
<br />Deed of Trust may be thereby reinstated as provided in § 76-1012.
