<br />PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PROCEDURES:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, a11 of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by, Jef&ey L.
<br />Wagner and Donna M. Wagner, Husband and Wife, Borrower, to HERITAGE BANK, Trustee,
<br />for the benefit of HERITAGE BANK, the Beneficiary named herein, da.ted February 23, 2010,
<br />and recorded March 9, 2010, Instrument Number 0201001532, in the office of the Hall County
<br />Register of Deeds, Ha11 County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has been
<br />requested this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement
<br />below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises but only to such
<br />prernises:
<br />Lot 3 and the East 17 feet of Lot 4, Block E, in MacColl and Leflange's Second Addition to the
<br />Village of Wood River, as surveyed, platted and recorded in Hall County, Nebraska
