Baack ,(�.�� Y,V�/ �)� � <br />PO Box 790 <br />Grand Island NE 68802-0790 <br />TRUSTEE'S DEED <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantor is the Trustee under the terms of those certain <br />Deeds of Trust dated January 27, 2004, and June 30, 2005, and filed of record in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on February 2, 2004, and July 14, 2005, as <br />Instrument Nos. 0200400974 and 0200506518, wherein Carolyn A Terjak, a Single Person, was <br />identified as the Trustor; <br />WHEREAS, said Trustee has, upon default of the Trustor of the obligations contained in <br />such Deeds of Trust, caused Notice of Default and Notice of Sale to be filed, given, and <br />published as required by Chapter 76, Article 10, of the Nebraska Trust Deeds Act; <br />WHEREAS, a public sale of the real estate hereinafter described was conducted on the <br />date and at the time and place designated in the Notice of Sale; and <br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantee offered the highest bid at such public auction, <br />N�W, THEREFORE, I, AREND R. BAACK, Trustee under those certain Deeds of Trust <br />dated January 27, 2004, and June 30, 2005, and filed of record in the office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on February 2, 2Q04, and July 14, 2005, as Instrument Nos. <br />0200400974 and 0200506518; herein called the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of <br />Eighty-Four Thousand Six Hundred Seventy-Five and 63/100 Dollars ($84,675.63), as credit <br />against the indebtedness secured by such Deeds of Trust, received from Grantee as holder of the <br />beneficial interest in such Deeds of Trust, do hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey, and <br />confirm unto FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, herein called the <br />Grantee, the following-described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />The West One Half (W 1/2) of Lot Twenty Four (24), and all of Lot Twenty Five(25), of <br />Sass Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and The East Ten <br />(10') Feet of Lot Nine (9), in Windolph's Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />Page 1 af 2 <br />
