Erives and Nancy L. Erives as Husband and Wife and <br />Kristopher Jerke and Wendy L. Meyer-Jerke as Husband and Wife, as Trustors, to Platte Valley <br />State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust <br />Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated August 23, 2010, recorded August 25, 2010 as <br />Instrument #201006036 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska have <br />been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and <br />delivered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant, <br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and <br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described <br />real property (as defined in Neb.
