<br /> 14. Truetar will pay to Trustee and to the Beneficiary
<br /> - respectively, upon demand, the amounts of all sums of money which

<br /> - un�der thie Dsed of Trust, together with interest upon each of said
<br /> ---- a�ounts, until paid, from the t�me of expenditiure �hereof, at a
<br /> rate of twelve percent ( 128) per annum. All of eaid oums shall be
<br /> due and peyable, together with interest aforesaid, immediat�ly upon
<br /> the advancement thereof. t�either Truetee nor Beneficiary shall be
<br /> under any obligati.on, however, to cure eny default of Trustor.
<br /> 15. In case Truator ehall well and truly perform its
<br /> ob3.igation under this Deed of Trust and pay, or cause to be peid, '
<br /> the debt evidenced by �he Note and all other moneys agresd to be,
<br /> paid by it under the terms, provisivns and conditione of t hie Deed
<br /> oE TrusY., and the reaeonable expenses of th� Trust as herein
<br />------� prov�.ded, then the Trustee, its succ�ssore or aseigns, shall
<br /> reconvey to Trustor �11 of the Trust Property conveyed to Trustee
<br /> by the Trustor. Any parC of the Trust Property may be xeconv�yed
<br /> at any tima to the Trust�r at the request of the B�neficiary
<br /> without affecting the validity and prioxity of �he lien of this
<br /> Deed of Trust upon the remai.nder oE the Trust Property.
