<br />WHEREAS, U.5. BANK NA is the Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated SEPTEMBEI� 23, 2005, executed by
<br />TRAVIS J NIITTAN, A SINGLE PERSON, as Trustor, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS
<br />AND LOAN ASSN OF GRAND ISLAND, which Deed of Truat was recorded SEPTEMBER 23, 2005 as
<br />Inatrnment No. 0200509485, in Book No. —, at Page No. --- in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL
<br />County, NEBRASKA;
<br />AND WHEREAS, the Beneficiary, U.S. BANK NA, has requeated a reconveyance of the trust property to the
