Nelson, hereinafter called "Affiant", after first <br />being duly sworn upon oath, states and affirms as follows: <br />1. Affiant is an attorney duly licensed to practice law in <br />the State of Nebraska, and has been at all times from and after <br />January 1, 1993; <br />2. Affiant is a general notary in the State of Nebraska, <br />and has been at all times from and after January 1, 1993; <br />3. Prior to February 1, 1993, Affiant, at the request of <br />Stanley K. Weiss and Merle M. Weiss, Co-Trustees under trust <br />agreement dated the 5th day of October, 1989, drafted a <br />"TRUSTEES' DEED", a copy of which, as executed, notarized and <br />recorded, is attached hereto, marked as Exhibit "A", and by this <br />reference incorporated herein (such deed instrument being <br />hereinafter referred to as the "Trustees' Deed"); <br />4. Prior to February 1, 1993, Affiant, at the request of <br />Stanley K. Weiss and Merle M. Weiss, husband and wife, drafted a <br />"JOINT TENANCY WARRANTY DEED", a copy of which, as executed, <br />notarized and recorded, is attached hereto, marked as Exhibit <br />"B", and by this reference incorporated herein (such deed <br />instrument being hereinafter referred to as the "Warranty Deed"); <br />5.
