Williams, a single person Grantee(s), real properly in Hall County, Nebraska, described <br />as follows: <br />Lot Seventeen (17), Block "C" Park-vew Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />THIS DEED IS NOT TO BE IN EFFECT UNTIL: July I.� 2011 <br />Together with all hereditaments and appurtenances belonging thereto.
