If Lender requires immediate payment in fall nnder paragraph 9, Lender may <br />3nvoke the power of sale and any other remed�tes permitted by applicable law. After the time reqnir� bq applicable law, <br />Trnstee shall give pnblic notice of sale to the persons �nd in the manner pr�cribecl by applicable law. Trnstee, <br />wlthont demand on Borrower, shall sell the Property at public anction to the highest bidder at the Hme and <br />place and under the terms des�tgnated in the notice of �le 3n one or more parcels and in any order Trastee <br />determines. Trastee may postpone sale of all or anp parcel of the Progeriy by pnblic annonncement at the time <br />and place of any prevTously schednled sale. Lender or its designee may parchase the Property at any sale. <br />If the Lender's interest in this Secnrity Instrament is held by the Secretary and the 5�ret�ry requires <br />immediate payment in fnll under Paragraph 9, the 5ecretary may 3nvoke the nonjnditdal power of sale <br />provid� in the S�tngle Fxmily Mortgage Foreclosnre Act of 1994 ("Act'� (12 U.S.C. 3751 et seq.) by requesting <br />a fot�eclosnre commissioner designated nnder the Act to commence fot�eclosnre and to sell the Property as <br />provided �in the Ac� Nothing in the preceding sentence shall deprive the Secretary of any rights otherw�se <br />available to a Lender nnder this Paragraph 18 or applicable law. <br />Upon receipt of payment of the price bid, Trastee shall deliver to the pnrchaser Traetee's deed conveying <br />the Property.
