Wagner, Trustee of the Woodward Family Trust contained in the Last Will <br />and Testament and Codicil thereto of Francis Delmar Woodward, Deceased, pursuant to power <br />therein, GRANTOR, in consideration of the terms of the Trust received from GRANTEE, <br />conveys to GRANTEE, Richard D.
