That attached hereto and incorporated herein as though fully set forth as <br />Exhibit A is an affidavit of service from Robert W. Bednar, a private processing service <br />company that served Chad Gideon d/b/a Gideon Seeding and So�dia�g, #he dem:�nd to <br />institute judicial proceedings. Attached hereto and incorporated herein as though fully <br />set forth as Exhibit B, is a true and correct copy of said second demand to institute <br />judicial proceedings. � <br />3. That said demand related to a construction lien filed against Lot Three (3) <br />and the Southerly Two (2) Feet of Lot Two (2), Block Three (3) in Kay Dee Subdivision <br />in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska as instrument no. 0201002077. Said <br />construction lien was filed on or about the 30 day of March, 2010. <br />4. That 30 days has elapsed from personal service of the demand to institute <br />judicial proceedings pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. § 52-140 and no judicial proceedings <br />were instituted within said 30 days.
