<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under
<br />the Deeds of Trust dated February 15, 2008, executed by FAMOS CONSTRUCTION INC., in
<br />which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Ha11 County, Nebraska, on February 19, 2008,
<br />recorded as Instrument No. 0200801274, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned,, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the l�eed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows:
<br />TI� WESTERLY TWO THIRDS (W2l3) OF LOT SIX (6), IN BLOCK FIFTY FIVE (55), OF THE
<br />ORIGINAL TOWN, NOW CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that a11 sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance wi.th such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
