<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Richard L. Pelland and Janet L. Pelland,
<br />Husband and Wife, as trustor, to Equitable Bank, as Trustee and Beneficiary, dated November 30,
<br />2005, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on December 5,
<br />2005 as Document No. 0200511942, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that
<br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
