<br />Julie Spiehs Dwinell and June Spiehs Atkins, Co-Personal Representatives of the Estate
<br />of Harry H. Spiehs, Deceased, pursuant to appointment by the County Court of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, GRANTORS, convey and release to Linda D. Spiehs, a life estate, and the ~v
<br />remainder interest to Julie Spiehs Dwinell, June Spiehs Atkins and Randall Alexander, Co-
<br />Trustees, GRANTEES the following described real estate (as defined in Nebraska Revised
<br />Statutes Section 76-201):
<br />North Three Quarters (N3/4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW1/4), being parts of Lots One
<br />(1) and Two (2) of Mainland and part of Lots Three (3) and Four (4) on Island, in Section
<br />Seventeen (17), Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M.; and
<br />North Half (N1/2) of the South One Fourth of the Northwest Quarter (NW1/4), being a
<br />part of Lot One (1) on Mainland and of Lots Three (3) and Four (4) on Island, in Section
<br />Seventeen (17), Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />containing 20 acres, more particularly described as follows, to-wit: The North 20 acres of
<br />a tract or parcel of land conveyed by Warranty Deed executed by Lawrence A. Berg and
<br />Robert Berg, both single, to A.C. Denman under date of November 8, 1926, which deed
<br />was recorded December 2, 1926 in Book 62 at page 647, more particularly described
<br />as: the south one-fourth of the Northwest Quarter (S1/4 NW1/4), being a part of Lot One
<br />(1) on Mainland of Lots Three (3) and Four (4) on Island, also the north half of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (N1/2 SW1/4), all in Section Seventeen (17), Township Ten (10)
<br />North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly
<br />described as follows, to-wit: Commencing at a point on the West section line of said
<br />Section Seventeen (17), Township (10), Range Ten (10), 2064 feet south of the
<br />northwest corner of said Section Seventeen (17); thence in an easterly direction parallel
<br />with the south line of said Section Seventeen (17) a distance of 2568 feet; thence in a
<br />southerly direction at right angles, 2626 feet; thence in a westerly direction parallel with
<br />the north line of the south one quarter of the Northwest Quarter (S1/4 NW1/4) above
<br />described, 2626 feet to the westerly line of said Section Seventeen (17); thence in a
<br />northerly direction along the west side of said section Seventeen (17) a distance of 2026
<br />feet to the place of beginning, said tract of land containing 120 acres a little more or
<br />less, according to the government's survey thereof; and South Half of the South One
<br />Fourth of the Northwest Quarter of Section Seventeen (17), being a part of Lot One (1)
<br />on Mainland and of Lots Three (3) and Four (4) on Island, more particularly described as
<br />follows, to-wit: the South 20 acres of the South One Fourth of the Northwest Quarter of

<br />lying immediately North of the North Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 17,
<br />Township 10 North, Range 10 West of the 6th P.M. in Hall, County, Nebraska,
<br />EXCEPT a tract of land located in the North Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section
