Westerby and Victoria Westerby, as Trustors, to <br />Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Tnastee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank <br />& Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated November 8, 2006 recorded November <br />9, 2006 as Instrument #0200610067 and Deed of Trust dated May 7, 2007 recorded June 1, <br />2007 as Instrument #0200704516 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska have been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance <br />be executed and delivered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant, <br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and <br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described <br />real property (as defined in Neb.
