<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deeds of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />"Deed of Trust," executed by Michael T. Leaman and Ralisa E. Leaman, as Trustors, to Platte
<br />Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trus.tee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank &
<br />Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated October 29, 2010 recorded November 2,
<br />2010 as Instrument #0201008142 and "Deed of Trust" executed by Michael T. Leaman and
<br />Ralisa E. Leaman, as Trustors, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of Platte Valley State Bank 8� Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated April
<br />19, 2004 recorded April 19, 2004 as Instrument #0200403854 and modified with Modification of
<br />Deed of Trust dated May 13, 2009 recorded May 15, 2009 as Instrumetn #0200903771 in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska have been paid, and said Beneficiary
<br />has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and
<br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described
<br />real property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-1001):
<br />Lot 7 in Section Eighteen (18), Township Nine(9) North, Range Eleven (11), West of
<br />the 6�' P,M., Hal! County, Nebraska, together with all accretions thereto
