Leaman and Ralisa E. Leaman, as Trustors, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated December 29, 2009 recorded January 5, 2010 as Instrument #0201000051 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska have been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
