<br />SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE AND DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WI-IEREAS: Mutual of Omaha Bank, Successor in interest, are the Owners and Holders of the Note
<br />secured by the Deed of Trust, made by Darla Redman, a single person, to TierOne Bank, TRUSTEE,
<br />which said Deed of Trust was recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of Hall County, State of
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument # 0200803934, on May 7�', 2008, hereby SUBSTITiJTES Mutual of Omaha
<br />Bank, as TRUSTEE, in Lieu of the above Trustee, under said Deed of Trust.
<br />Lots One (1) and Two (2), Block Five (5), First Addition to Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />AND, Mutual of Omaha Bank, hereby ACCEPTS the appointment as TRUSTEE under said Deed of Trust,
