<br />secured by the Deed of Trust, made by Joseph D Law and Wendy S Law, to TierOne Bank, TRUSTEE,
<br />which said Deed of Trust was recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of Hall County, State of
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument # 200307948, on June 24�', 2003, hereby SUBSTITiITES Mutual of Omaha
<br />Bank, as TRUSTEE, in Lieu of the above Trustee, under said Deed of Trust.
<br />Lot Fourteen (14), Block Two (2), Replat of Riverside Acres, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />AND, Mutual of Omaha Bank, hereby ACCEPTS the appointment as TRUST'EE under said Deed of Trust,
<br />and as SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE, pursuant to the Request of said Owners and Holders, and in accordance
<br />with the provisions of said Deed of Trust, does hereby RECONVEY, without warranty to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, all of the estate held by it under said Deed of Trust.
