<br />NOTICE OF DEFAULT
<br />The undersigned, Arend R. Baack, Attorney, Trustee under those certain Deeds of Trust
<br />dated January 25, 2008, wherein Kenneth A Jackson, a Single Person, is the Trustor, which were
<br />filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on January 28,
<br />2008, and February 8, 2008, as Instrument Nos. 200800673 and 200800991, and contain as trust
<br />property the following-described real estate:
<br />Lot Six (6), Block Fifteen (15), in Scarffs Addition to West Lawn in the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />which is commonly known as 1825 North Kruse Avenue, Grand Island, Nebraska;
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, and existing and future improvements thereon and all rights-
<br />of-way, easements, rents, issues, profits, income, tenements, hereditaments, privileges and any
<br />appurtenances thereunto belonging; all of which was referred to in those Deeds of Trust as the
<br />"Property";
<br />hereby gives notice of default of said Trustor for the reason that said Trustor has failed to make
<br />the payments due in respect to the Note, Disclosure, and Security Agreement secured by those
<br />Deeds of Trust.
<br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be
<br />sold the above Property to satisfy the obligations of that certain Note, Disclosure, and Security
<br />Agreement dated January 25, 2008, owing from Trustor to the Beneficiary, HOME FEDERAL
<br />SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, pursuant to the terms of the
<br />Trust Deeds referred to above, which secure this obligation. �
