<br />Points Bank, A Nebraska. Corporation, is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which
<br />was recorded October 22, 2044 in ��ie office�� ��ie I-�a�l Co�ty R�gister of Deeds of Hall Cau�t3 ;- -- -
<br />Nebraska, and recorded as Instnunent #0200410338, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank,
<br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above
<br />mentioned as follows:
<br />LOT FIFTEEN (15), IN SUNNY ACRES SUBDIVISION TO THE CTTY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, HALL COiJNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />a/k/a 1604 HOPE ST., GRAND ISLAND, NE 68801
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW TT�REFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
