<br />RELEASE OF ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE
<br />IN CONSIDERATION of the payment of the debt named therein, the FIVE POINTS
<br />BANK, Grand Island, Nebraska, a Nebraska Corporation, hereby releases the Conditional
<br />Assignment of Lease given by, Jack Stratton and Shirley Eaton, as Joint Tenants and not as
<br />Tenants in Common, on the following described real estate, to-wit:
<br />Part of Lots Four (4) and One (1), in Wolfe Plaza Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4NE1/4) of
<br />Section Twenty Four (24), Township Eleven (11)North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6�' P.M.,Hall
<br />County,Nebraska,more particularly described as follows:Beginning at a point on the east line of said
<br />Section Twenty Four(24),said point being Four Hundred Eighty Seven and Five Tenths(487.5)feet north of
<br />the southeast comer of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter(NE1/4NE1/4);thence westerly
<br />parallel to the north line of said Northeast Quarter (NE1/4),a distance of Forty Six and Ninety Five
<br />Hundredths(46.95)feet to a point on the westerly right of way line of Webb Road,this being the Actual
<br />place of beginning;thence continuing westerly along the last described course,a distance of Four Hundred

<br />U.S.Highway No.30;thence deflec#ing right 148°47'and running northeasterly along said highway right of

<br />Register of Deeds of the County of Ha11 and State of Nebraska.
