<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHERERS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, / ��
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated July 6, 2007, executed by Jack Stratton and Shirley Eaton, as // ���
<br />Joint Tenants and not as Tenants in Common, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank is named
<br />as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document 88-106286 on November 23, 1988, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Part of Lots Four (4) and One (1), in Wolfe Plaza Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4NE1/4) of
<br />Section Twenty Four (24), Township Eleven (11)North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6�" P.M.,Hall
<br />County,Nebraska,more particularly described as follows:Beginning at a point on the east line of said
<br />Section Twenty Four(24),said point being Four Hundred Eighty Seven and Five Tenths(487.5)feet north of
<br />the southeast corner of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter(NE1/4NE1/4);thence westerly
<br />parallel to the north line of said Northeast Quarter (NE1/4),a distance of Forty Six and Ninety Five
<br />Hundredths(46.95)feet to a point on the westerly right of way line of Webb Road,this being the Actual
<br />place of beginning;thence continuing westerly along the last described course,a distance of Four Hundred
<br />Eighty Three and Nineteen Hundredths(483.19)feet to a point on the southerly right of way line of
<br />U.S.Highway No.30;thence deflecting right 148°47'and running northeasterly along said highway right of

<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust has been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
