<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by:

<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERA.L SAVINGS
<br />A,ND LOAN ASSOCIA,TIUN OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated MARCH 21. 2009 and recorded MARCH 23, 2009 in the O�ce of the
<br />HALL COUNT� REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, in
<br />DOCUIV�NT # 02Q0902088 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that
<br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />TI-�REFORE, in considerarion of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived. to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises;
