<br />substances defiaed as toxio or hazardous substances, Polluta�s, or wastes bY Envirom�nental Law and the
<br />following suhstpmcea: gasolina, kerasen�e, other flat�mable or touc petroleum producta, toxic p�ticid�
<br />and herbicides, volalale solvents, materiala cmntaining asb�tas or formaldehyde, m�d radi�active materials;
<br />{b) "Environmental Law'" me�ns federal laws and laws of the jurisdidion wh�e the Property is la�tsd that
<br />relate to health, safe,ty or emviro�l prote�au; (c) "Enviromnecrtal Cle�anup" includss au�' re�nse
<br />action, zemedial action, or removal action, as defined in Enviromnental Law; and (d) aa "Enviromnental
<br />Condition" meana a condition that t� ca�use, contn`bute to, or atherwise trigger an Enviro�ental
<br />Cleanup.
<br />Borrower shall not c�uas ar germit the presance, us� dsapasal, �torage, or release of any Ha�mrdous
<br />Substanc�, or thr�ten to rel� aay Hazardous �, on or in the 1'roperty. Borrower aha11 nat do,
<br />nor allow anyone else to do, aaYtbinffi affe�ting the Praperiy (a) tl�k is in vialaxion of �y Eavina�me�l
<br />Law', (b) wluch crates aa Enviromnantal Conditian, ar (c) which, due t4 the presenc�. us� or rel� of a
<br />Ha�rdaus Substance, creates a candition that adversely affects the value of the Properiy. The Pre�ding
<br />two s�tences ahall not apply to the presence, uae, or storage on the Prop�ty af sa�ll quaatities of
<br />Ha�doua S'ubstanc�s tha�t are g�11y recxigniz�d to � appropriate ta narn�al residentisl uses and to
<br />n�in�enmace of the Prop�hy (including, birt not liimted to, haaardaus � in consumer pralucta).

<br />of any Hazstdous �bstance affecting the Prop�ty ia n�essary►, BonoR'er s�all promptly take all n�y
<br />reinedial actions in aa;ordaace with F.m+�ro�tal Law. Nothing herein shall cre,ate aay obligation an
