<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter
<br />called the "Trust Deed," executed by Arlene A Doremus and Allen L Doremus,
<br />Trustees of the Arlene A Doremus Trust Agreement of 1999, as Trustor, to Platte
<br />Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State
<br />Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated the 29th day of
<br />November 2010, and recorded on the 3rd day of December 2010, recorded as
<br />instrument number 0201009022 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, have both been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does
<br />by these presents grant, remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled

<br />in and to the following-described real property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-
