<br />1. Substitution of Trustee. Duane A. Burns, a member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association, whose mailing address is P.O. Box 2300, Grand Island, NE 68802, is hereby
<br />appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed by MIGUEL LOPEZ and LUZ
<br />MARIA LOPEZ, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, in which GRAND ISLAND AREA HABITAT FOR
<br />HUMANITY, INC., a Nebraska Corporation, is named as the Beneficiary and Earl D.
<br />Ahlschwede, Attomey, as Trustee, dated October 6, 2000, and recorded October 30, 2000, in
<br />the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 0200009405
<br />regarding the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
<br />2. Deed of Reconvevance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed
<br />by MIGUEL LOPEZ and LUZ MARIA LOPEZ, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, to Earl D.
<br />Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for GRAND ISLAND AREA HABITAT FOR HUMANITY,
<br />INC., a Nebraska Corporation, as Beneficiary, dated October 6, 2000 and recorded in the office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document 0200009405, has been paid,
<br />and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered as confirmed by their endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary,
<br />the Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title and interest
<br />and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the real estate described in
<br />paragraph 3 below.
<br />3. Description of real estate applicable to both Substitution of Trustee and Deed
<br />of Reconvevance.
<br />The Southerly Sixty-Four (64) Feet of Lot One (1), Block One
<br />Hundred Twenty-Nine (129), Union Pacific Railway Company's
<br />Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
