<br />SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE AND DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />1. Substitution of Trustee. Duane A. Bums, a member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association, whose mailing address is P.O. Box 2300, Grand Island, NE 68802, is hereby
<br />appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed by GABRIEL GONZALEZ and
<br />GUADALUPE GON7J�LEZ, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, in which GRAND ISLAND AREA
<br />HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, INC., a Nebraska Corporation, is named as the Beneficiary and
<br />Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attomey, as Tn,istee, dated December 15, 2000, and recorded December
<br />21, 2000, in the O�ce of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No.
<br />0200011011 regarding the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
<br />2. Deed of Reconvevance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed
<br />by GABRIEL GONZALEZ and GUADALUPE GONZALEZ, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, to
<br />Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attomey, as Trustee, for GRAND ISLAND AREA HABITAT FOR
<br />HUMANITY, INC., a Nebraska Corporation, as Beneficiary, dated December 15, 2000 and
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document
<br />0200011011, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by their endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary,
<br />the Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title and interest
<br />and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the real estate described in
<br />paragraph 3 below.

<br />of Reconvevance.
