<br />Aguilar, a Married Person and William Lawrence, A Single Person, in which Five Points Bank, A
<br />Nebraska Corporation, is named as Beneficiary, and t�e undersigned as Trustee, which was r�corded
<br />March 17, 2011 in the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />recorded as Instniment #0201102119, and
<br />WI�REAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Banl{,
<br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above
<br />mentioned as follows:
<br />LOT TWO (2), BLOCK EIGHT (8), IN REPLAT OF RIVERSIDE ACRES, AN
<br />ADDITION TO TI� CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />a/k/a 706 GRAND AVE, GRAND ISLAND, NE 68801-7479
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,.
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
