<br />Whereas, a portion of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Eloy R Uribe and
<br />Oralia D Erives; Husband and Wife, as trustor, to Equitable Bank, as Trustee and Beneficiary, dated
<br />October 29, 2009, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on
<br />Nebraska as Document No. 0200908844, has been paid on July 1, 2011, and the Beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Partial Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by
<br />its endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of the above and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee hereby
<br />grants and reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim
<br />acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in that portion of the property described therein,
