Kuszak and Sheryl A. <br />Kuszak, husband and wife, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and �,� <br />other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, C <br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Elmer D. Uehling and Marjorie S.
