P111 1 1115 1 3ll� <br />SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE <br />Pursuant to the provisions of that certain Deed of Trust executed on 01/24/1997, by Mary <br />E Deleon, a single person, 408 E Nebraska Ave, Grand Island, NE 68801, as Trustor, to <br />Commercial Federal Bank, as Trustee, for the benefit of Columbus Federal Savings Bank, P.O. <br />Box 908, Columbus, NE 68602, Platte County, NE, as Beneficiary, recorded on 01/28/1997 as <br />Instrument No. 97- 100593 , in the office of the Hall County Recorder of Hall County, NE; to <br />secure an obligation under a Promissory Note in the amount of $49,700.00; and assigned to The <br />Bank of New York Mellon, fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for CWMBS 2005 -R2 by <br />Assignment dated 2/15/2011. The undersigned, as present holder or the authorized agent of the <br />holder of the Note, does hereby remove Commercial Federal Bank, as Trustee and does, pursuant <br />to the terms of the Deed of Trust or statute, hereby remove any Substitute Trustee or Trustees <br />who may have been previously appointed in place of the original Trustee, and does hereby <br />appoint and substitute. Erika Knapstein, Trustee, NSBA# 24088, of St Louis County, Missouri, to <br />serve, effective immediately, as Substitute Trustee in the Deed of Trust, and to replace the <br />Trustee named in the Deed of Trust. Said Substitute Trustee is qualified to serve as Trustee under <br />the laws of this state. <br />The undersigned hereby revokes all other substitutions of trustee which it may have <br />executed, appointed or filed in the past, giving and granting to said Substitute Trustee all the <br />powers, duties and authority of the discharged Trustee, and hereby ratifying all acts of said <br />Substitute Trustee heretofore or hereafter performed.
