<br />Nebraska, with a part of said tract being in the Village of Alda, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />except a parcel deeded to Meto Snell by Warranty Deed recorded in Book 91, Page 455, a
<br />parcel deeded to Rudolfs Majorins and Velta. Majorins by Warranty Deed recorded in

<br />feet to a point on the southwesterly prolongation of the north line of said Lot Six (6),

<br />on the easterly right of way line of Alda. Road, and also being tbe northwest corner of said
