<br />That the Richard D. Fogleman and Debra L. Fogleman are the owners of record and
<br />present title holders in fee simple Interest in the real estate legally described as:
<br />A tract of land comprising a11 of Lot Six (6), County Subdivision of the Northwest Quarter
<br />(NWl/4) and the East Half of the Northeast Quarter (E1/2NE1/4) of Section Five (5), Townslup
<br />Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, with a part of said
<br />tract being in the Village of Alda, Hall County, Nebraska, except a parcel deeded to Meto Snell
<br />by Warranty Deed recorded in Book 91, Page 455, a parcel deeded to Rudolfs Majorins and
<br />Velta Majorins by Warranty Deed recorded in Book 111, Page 302, and parcels deeded to the
<br />State of Nebraska by Warranty Deeds recorded in Book 71, Page 153; Book 71, Page 523 and
<br />Book 82, Page 505, said Deeds recorded in the Ha11 County Register of Deeds Office. Said tract
<br />of land, less exceptions being more particularly described as follows:
<br />First to ascertain the point of beginning, start at the northwest corner of said Northwest Quarter
<br />(NWl/4); thence S 00° 00' 00" W(assumed bearing), along and upon the west line of said
<br />Northwest Quarter (NWl/4), a distance of Nine Hundred Eighty Two (982.0) feet to a point on
