<br />Said Conditional Assignment to which this Lessor consents was given by said Debtors to HOME
<br />FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, (Secured Party) as
<br />additional security for payment of a note in the amount of Ten thousand and no/100 dollars ($10,000.00) and a
<br />Financing Statement or mortgage or deed of trust covering the above-described premises and securing payment
<br />of said note.
<br />Such assignment to remain effective until said note is paid.
