<br />SOCIETY OF AMERICA, fully releases and hereby removes that certain restrictive covenant which
<br />requires the following described property to be used only for the location of offices or clinics for the
<br />professional practice of medicine and surgery by physicians and the professional practice of
<br />dentistry by dentists, duly licensed by the State of Nebraska:
<br />Lots 1, 2, and 3, Medical Park Eighth Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska,
<br />as described in that certain CORPORATION WARRANTY.DEED dated April 7, 1978, executed by
<br />LUTHERAN HOSPITALS AND HOMES SOCIETY OF AMERICA, 'a non - profit corporation, a /k /a
<br />LUTHERAN HOSPITALS AND HOMES SOCIETY OF AMERICA, INC., of Fargo, North Dakota, and
<br />recorded on April 14, 1978, in the office of the Hall County, Nebraska Recorder as instrument
<br />number 78- 002157, and that certain CORPORATION WARRANTY DEED dated March 31, 1987,
<br />executed by LUTHERAN HOSPITALS AND HOMES SOCIETY OF AMERICA, a North Dakota non-
<br />profit corporation, and recorded on May 20, 1987, in the office of the Hall County, Nebraska
<br />Recorder as instrument number 87- 102907.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Release as of the Z`i�� day
