<br /> welt-being. These covenants,repr�.santations,warranties and indemnities shall be deemed continuing -
<br /> covena�ts,represeniations,�va�ranties and indemnities nu�ning with the Proper¢y for the benefit of -
<br /> the Holder, and any successors and s�ssigns of the Holder,including any pwchaser at a fareclosiue
<br /> sale,any transfera of the tide of the Holder or any subsoquent purchaser at a foreclosure sele,and
<br /> any subsoqueat owncr of t1�e Propexty claiming through or under the title of Holder and shall survive
<br /> any fareclosure of this Deed of Tnut and any acquisition of title of Holder. The indc.�nnification
