<br /> colloction of the ObGgations and for a foreclosure of the liens and sec�rrity interesis hereof,Holder

<br /> to sell the Propercy or any part thereof ira accordance with the provisioms of this Deed of Trust.
<br /> Section 3.8. Pav�,me t�f Fees• If the Obligations shaU be collected or enforced by legal
<br /> proceedings,whether thruugh a probate or bankruptcy court or othe�wise, or shall be placed in the
<br /> hands of aa attorney for col3ection after maturity,whethec matured by the exPiration of time or by
<br /> an option given to the beaeficaary w mawre sam� or if Holder becumes a PartY to any suit where this
<br /> Deed of Trust or the Property or any part thereof is involved, Grantor agrees to pay Hold�s
