<br />You are hereby notified that Gloria J Sharp, and Ronald L Sharp, Husband and

<br />NORTH, RANGE 9 WEST OF THE SIXTH PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, EXCEPTING
<br />THEREFROM THE EAST TEN (E 10) FEET THEREOF, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA.
<br />Commonly known as: 119 Wainwright, Grand Island, NE 68801
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustor obtained from America's
<br />MoneyLine Inc., Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust which was recorded on January 25,
<br />2005, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document
<br />No.0200500629.
<br />Said Deed of Trust has been assigned to DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST
<br />COMPANY AMERICAS as Indenture Trustee for the registered holders of SAXON
<br />ASSET SECURITIES TRUST 2005 -1 MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET BACKED NOTES,
<br />SERIES 2005 -1, current beneficiary.
<br />Michael E. Boyd, Attorney at Law, has been appointed Successor Trustee,
<br />pursuant to a Substitution of Trustee filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall
