Rev. Stat. � <br />76-201): <br />All that part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter <br />lying South of the southerly Right of Way of U.S. Highway No. 30 of <br />Section 12, Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the 6� Principal <br />Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />EXCEPT a certain tract more particularly described in Return of <br />Appraisers recorded as Instrument No. 200314238 in the Hall <br />County Register of Deeds Office, Nebraska. <br />The Corrective Quitclaim Deed is intended to clarify and correct a prior <br />Corporate Warranty Deed dated November 17, 2008, and recorded in the <br />records of the Hall County Register of Deeds on November 18, 2008, as <br />Instrument No. 200809571.
