LAUTENSCHLAGER, Trustee of the Judith A. <br />Lautenschlager Living Trust dated November 9, 2005, herein called the grantor <br />whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other good and valuable <br />consideration received from the grantee, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and <br />confirm unto J.
