<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by, Norman
<br />D. Saa1e and Phyllis B. Saa1e, Husband and Wife, Bonower, to HERIT�4,GE BANK, Trustee, for
<br />the benefit of HERITAGE BANK, the Beneficiary named herein, dated February 22, 2002, and
<br />recorded March 1, 2002, Instrument Number 0200202318, in the office of the Hall County
<br />Register of Deeds, Ha11 County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has been
<br />requested this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement
<br />below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in cvnsideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto a11 the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises but only to such
<br />premises:
