<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by DONALD E KRAUSS AND
<br />CONSTANCE L KRAUSS; HUSBAND AND WIFE, as trustor, to EQUITABLE BANK, as Trustee
<br />and Beneficiary, dated NOVEMBER 10, 2010, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />HALL County, NEBRASKA. on NOVEMBER 17, 2010 as Document No. 0201008590, has been paid,
<br />and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered
