201104685 18. Foreclosare Procednre. If Lender reqnires immediate payment in fall under paragraph 9, Lender may invoke the power of sale and any other remedies permitted by applicable law. Lender shall be entitled to coIIect all egpensea �lncnrred in pnrsning the rem�lies nnder this paragraph 18, inclnding, bnt not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fe,es and coats of 13t1e evidence. If the power of sale is invoked, Trostee sha11 record a notice of defanit 3n each county in which any part of the Property is located and shall mail copies of snch nottce in the manner prescrlbexl by applicable law to Borrower and to the other persons pr�cribed by applicable law. After the time requ�tred by applicable law, Trast� shall give pnblic noHce of sale to the persons and �in the manner prescribed by applicable law. Trastee, withont demand on Borrower, shall sell the Property at pnblic anci3on to the highest bidder at the �ime and place and under the terms designated in the nof3ce of sale �in one or more parcels and �n any order Trastee determ�ines. Trastee may gostpone sale of all or any parcel of the Property by pnblic annonncement at the time and place of any previously scheduled sale. Lender or its designee may pnrchase the Property at any �le.
