<br />SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE
<br />Pursuant to the provisions of that certain Deed of Trust executed on 07/18/2006, by Rosa
<br />Mendez and Neftali Mendez, a/k/a Neftali A Mendez, Jr., wife and husband, as joint tenants, 910
<br />E 14th St, Grand Island, NE 68801, as Trustor, to Gary D. Byrne, a member of the Nebraska
<br />State Bar Association, as Trustee, for the benefit of New Century Mortgage Corporation,
<br />18400Von Karman, Suite 1000, Irvine, CA 92612, Orange County, CA, as Beneficiary, recorded
<br />on 07/19/2006 as Instrument No. 0200606401, in the office of the Hall County Recorder of Hall
<br />County, NE; to secure an obligation under a Promissory Note in the amount of $69,600.00; and
<br />assigned to US Bank National Association, as Trustee for Asset - Backed Pass - Through
<br />Certificates, Series 2006 -NC2 by Assignment dated 07/21/2006. The undersigned, as present
<br />holder or the authorized agent of the holder of the Note, does hereby remove Gary D. Byrne, a
<br />member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, as Trustee and does, pursuant to the terms of the
<br />Deed of Trust or statute, hereby remove any Substitute Trustee or Trustees who may have been
<br />previously appointed in place of the original Trustee, and does hereby appoint and substitute
<br />Erika Knapstein, Trustee, NSBA# 24088, of St Louis County, Missouri, to serve, effective
<br />immediately, as Substitute Trustee in the Deed of Trust, and to replace the Trustee named in the
<br />Deed of Trust. Said Substitute Trustee is qualified to serve as Trustee under the laws of this state.
<br />The undersigned hereby revokes all other substitutions of trustee which it may have
<br />executed, appointed or filed in the past, giving and granting to said Substitute Trustee all the
<br />powers, duties and authority of the discharged Trustee, and hereby ratifying all acts of said
<br />Substitute Trustee heretofore or hereafter performed. Said Substitute Trustee shall, in
<br />accordance with the provisions of the deed of trust, succeed to all the title, powers and duties
<br />conferred upon the Original Trustees) by the terms of said deed of trust and by applicable law.

<br />appurtenances thereunto belonging, is located in Hall County, NE and more particularly
