<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Deed of Trust dated February 5, 1999, executed by Robert W. Edgar and Margaret L. Edgar, Husband
<br />and Wife, in which Five Points Bank, A Nebraska Corporation, is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded February 9, 1999 in the o�ce of the Hall County Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and recorded as Instrument #99-101434, and
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Modification of Deed of Trust dated March 17, 2005, executed by Robert W. Edgar and Margaret L.
<br />Edgar, Husband and Wife, in which Five Points Bank, A Nebraska Corporation, is named as Beneficiary,
<br />and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded March 22, 2005 in the office of the Hall County
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and recorded as Instrument #020050245� and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank,
<br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust and the
<br />Modification of Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Six (6), in Block Two (2), in Capital Heights Second Subdivision, being a part
<br />Of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE '/a SW '/4) of Section Two (2),
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6�' P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />a/k/a 4233 New York Avenue, Grand Island NE 68803-1405
<br />Said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust
<br />and Modification of Deed of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty,
<br />to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS Wf�REOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance and
