<br />VVHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by Trust Deed executed by Edward M. Klimek and
<br />Hollie L. Klimek, husband and wife,
<br />To AREND R. BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVIlVGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated February 8,
<br />2008, and recorded March 24, 2008, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No. 0200802427, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, TI�REFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises;
<br />LOT TEN (10), IMPERIAL VII.,LAGE SEVENTH SUBDIVISION, CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COiJNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />together with all building, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
