<br />WHEREAS, Darin W Buescher and Lisa A Buescher, husband and wife, was the original
<br />Trustors, and � Ticor Title Insurance Company was the original Trustee, and
<br />Arvest Mortgage Company the original beneficiary, under that certain Deed of Trust dated April 14,
<br />2005, recorded April 15, 2005 Instrument # 0200503340, Official Records of Hall County, State of
<br />Nebraska and affecting that property more particularly described as indicated in the Deed of Trust.
<br />Legal: The South Twenty-five (S2S� of Lot Five (� and the North Fifty Feet (N50') of Lot Six (6),
<br />WOLFE'S SUBDIVISION in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned is the present Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust; and desires to
<br />substitute a new Trustee under the Deed of Trust in the place and instead of the said original Trustee
<br />thereunder, in the manner provided for in the Deed of Trust.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, the undersigned hereby substitute Arvest Mortgage Company whose
